Letshego Uganda has formalised its partnership with the Archdiocese of Mbarara Development Association (AMDA), reaffirming its commitment to initiatives that deliver lasting social and economic impact for vulnerable communities.

Letshego Uganda has contributed UGX 10 million towards the 2026 AMDA Caravan, scheduled for 4–6 September at St. Claret Catholic Parish, Nyabwiina, Sheema District. The Caravan aims to raise UGX 500 million to expand AMDA’s health, education and community empowerment initiatives.

“AMDA’s work demonstrates what is possible when communities are supported with practical solutions that respond to real needs,” said Giles Aijukwe, CEO, Letshego Uganda. “Our continued partnership is a reflection of our belief that sustainable impact requires consistency. Every person reached represents an opportunity to contribute to a healthier family, a stronger livelihood and a better future.”

The partnership comes as AMDA prepares for the 12th edition of its annual Caravan, a community-focused platform that connects more than 7,000 people to essential services and opportunities. Its interventions span healthcare, education, vocational skills, agriculture and youth empowerment: areas that are critical to building healthier, more resilient communities.

The partnership underscores Letshego Uganda’s commitment to working with credible community partners to create impact that extends beyond today and contributes to a more sustainable future.
